The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 24-48 hours (Due to the current COVID-19, the pick up time is delayed to 3 to 7 days)
• Shipping time: 12-20 business days for delivery. US: 7-15 Business days, Canada & Australia: 7-20 Business Days

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in MUTTUS’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, MUTTUS refunds the cost of the product itself

What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?

Who will be responsible for the shipping fee if I exchange or return an order?

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us support@muttus.com
